SF United Dinamita transitioned well to 9v9 this fall and had another good season of development.  A handful of new girls were added to aid in the  transition and each made a contribution to the team’s growth. Most played (and enjoyed) winter futsal, which allowed for more time together with success on the court.  The team draws from a handful of San Francisco schools, both public and independent, and the group has bonded well.  Their teamwork is contagious as their parents pitch in by carpooling and bringing weekly post-game treats for the girls.

Coach Ally poured her heart into this team and her enthusiasm and tireless instruction has really paid off.  The quality of the girls’ play improved dramatically as was visible through their passing, teamwork, communication and overall determination.  The girls’ confidence has also grown as exhibited through a series of close matches.  They are catching up with teams who have played together for years, and are force together.  There is strong momentum heading into the spring season.
